1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to dut8. By accessing, browsing, or using the dut8 website (https://dut8.cam), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and dut8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if you have already registered. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent website announcement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by a User on the dut8 Platform.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling activity offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by dut8 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User from their bank account or e-wallet to their dut8 Account balance.
• "KYC (Know Your Customer)" means the identity verification process required to confirm User identity, age, and address through submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the dut8 website, mobile applications, and all associated services and interfaces.
• "Real Money Balance" means the actual funds deposited by a User, as distinct from Bonus Balance.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's dut8 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a dut8 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. dut8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are primarily intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of account registration and each time you access the Platform. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. You are not under any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or other condition that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

3.4 Single Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with dut8. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings across all accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other websites or services
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify dut8 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication when available for enhanced security

4.3 Account Activity Monitoring

dut8 reserves the right to monitor all Account activity for suspicious behavior, fraud detection, money laundering prevention, and compliance with these Terms. We may request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity or the source of your funds.

4.4 Account Dormancy

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be automatically closed. Dormant accounts with remaining balances will be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after receiving advance notice via email.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

dut8 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance. dut8 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting required identity documents. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours after approval, subject to successful identity verification. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional security review, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are subject to verification of wagering requirements for bonus funds and may be delayed pending resolution of any disputes or investigations.

5.5 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent possible. This policy helps prevent money laundering and fraud. If the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, we may request alternative documentation before processing your withdrawal to an alternative account.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

dut8 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation, bank statements, employment verification, or other evidence to verify the legitimacy of deposited funds. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by dut8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Standard terms include eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (turnover), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 500,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dut8 prohibits bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in any of the following behaviors: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies), transferring funds between accounts to manipulate bonus eligibility, or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith. Bonus decisions are final and not subject to dispute.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available only to Users who have made at least one successful deposit and passed KYC verification. Users who have self-excluded, been banned, or previously abused bonuses are not eligible for promotions. dut8 reserves the right to exclude any User from specific promotions at its sole discretion.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. For football betting including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions, standard settlement rules apply: bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for settlement purposes unless explicitly stated in the market rules.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting odds are updated in real-time but may be subject to slight delays due to data transmission. We reserve the right to reject or limit bets during live events at our discretion. If a bet is inadvertently accepted at incorrect odds due to technical error or obvious pricing mistake (palpable error), dut8 reserves the right to void such bets.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games are governed by the specific rules of each game, which are available within the game interface. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and random results. Malfunctions, technical errors, or communication failures void all affected bets and payouts.

7.4 Maximum Winnings and Payouts

dut8 reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly payout limits. Maximum winnings on specific bets, games, or promotions may also be capped as stated in the game rules or promotional terms. Large winnings may require additional verification and may be paid out in installments at our discretion.

7.5 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, duplicate bets caused by system error, bets placed after an event has started (except for live betting), bets placed by restricted or self-excluded accounts, or bets that violate these Terms. When bets are voided, stakes are returned to the User's account but winnings are forfeited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, colluding with other users, or any form of cheating or fraud
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to circumvent limits or abuse bonuses
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets without manual input
• Insider Information: Betting on events where you have non-public information that provides an unfair advantage
• Payment Fraud: Chargebacks, payment reversals, or claims of unauthorized transactions after successful gambling activity
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff
• Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing the Platform from restricted territories or using location masking technology

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While dut8 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without disruption. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from planned maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. dut8 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, results, or other information displayed on the Platform.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dut8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including game providers). dut8 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party resources and does not endorse or assume any liability for any third-party content, products, or services.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by dut8

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct that threatens the integrity, security, or operation of the Platform. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, or access certain Account features.

10.2 Termination by dut8

dut8 may terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, provision of false information, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding winnings from violated Terms) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding debts, fees, or chargebacks, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.

10.3 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance, as accounts cannot be reopened to access leftover funds. If you have active bonus funds or pending bets, you must either complete the wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before closing your Account.

10.4 Obligations After Termination

Termination of your Account does not relieve you of any obligations arising prior to termination, including payment of any outstanding debts, completion of any investigations, or cooperation with any legal proceedings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and governing law) shall continue to apply after termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or your Account, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. Please provide all relevant details including your Account username, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue.

11.2 Escalation

If the initial customer support response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter by requesting formal review by our compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 30 business days. Our decision on disputed matters is final and binding.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any dispute, claim, or complaint must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 7 days of the official result being declared.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dut8 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
